Clueless Comcast

Comcast Corporation Poor Customer Service Possible Hindrance In Acquiring Time Warner Cables

"Poor customer service"! That's putting it mildly!

Comcast's idea of customer service is to ask you what the other channels look like when you tell them that the video and sound on the channel that you're watching are so screwed up that you can't see or hear the program.

Talk about clueless! Like my old drill sergeant used to say, these people couldn't pour piss out of a boot with instructions on the heel!
