Comcast's fraud

Do you want to know how Comcast handles their poor service?

For more than 6 months we've had poor cable TV reception. At any given time while watching TV there's better than a 50-50 chance that it will become unwatchable--pixelating screen, inaudible sound.

For months we called customer service's 800 number.
  1. They tell us that they've fixed the problem. ... NOT!!!
  2. They send people out to "fix" the problem. ... NOT!!!  Once they even charged US for NOT fixing THEIR poor signal.
  3. They ask us how the picture is on other channels. ... What difference does that make?!?  We can't see or hear the program on the channel that WE want to watch!!!
  4. "Steve" from Richmond and Eugene Bennett, Customer Relations, call and tell us: "call us whenever you have a problem". ... Then they don't return our calls.

Fraud is when you collect full price for a service and then don't provide the service. At any given time, while watching our favorite TV programs, there's better than a 50-50 chance that they will become unwatchable.

Comcast, that's fraud.
