how is it that an organization the size of VH doesn't have an email address on their website ("Contact Us") where a patient can ask a general question? specifically, how does a patient find out how to add or change a PCP on their MyChart? one would think that asking a simple question would result in a simple answer. NOT WITH VH! It's not complicated. VH and MyChart has made it complicated.
VH advertises that they have a vast network of doctors to serve their members. Then why is it that it took SIX MONTHS to schedule an appointment for my wife with a VH neurologist after our PCP's referral? Is VH serving its customers? NOT!
Lead time for scheduling an appointment with our PCP went from a week to TWO MONTHS after our PCP joined VH. Is VH serving its members? OBVIOUSLY NOT!
