- reward good businesses with good reviews.
- help your fellow customers out by giving poor reviews to those businesses that treat you poorly. your review may prevent some future potential customer from getting burned.
- do nothing.
doing nothing is not an alternative--unless you like getting poor service, and seeing others behind you get poor service too.
