It all started when we realized that we had been charged a late fee for a bill that we paid in full online on the due date. We have the transaction confirmation number that verifies this. We were told by Mastercard that the payment had to be processed BEFORE the due date. Whose problem is that? ours? NO-it's mastercard's problem!!!

Then we were told that we can't change our recurring charitable donations online. We were told that the automatic payments can only be changed by the party to whom the donation is being made. WHAT?!? Let me get this straight. If we want to increase our recurring donation to a charitable organization, then neither can we increase it online ourselves nor can Mastercard change it when we request that they do so? YEP!!! That's what Mastercard told us. HOW STUPID IS THAT?!?

Then we get an email from Mastercard saying that we owe mastercard $5K+. Our online account shoes that we owe nothing. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!?

We decided that Mastercard isn't the credit card for us.
